All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and have all tags in order to process an exchange. Custom Sizing Orders (sizing created specifically for you) are not eligible for return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless return/exchange is due to company error or buyer is enrolled in Kimono Privileged.

Lychee Kimono will provide bag repair or replacement due to overtime wear of materials or manufacturers defects. Lifetime warranty does not cover negligence or accidents.
